New Check-In Procedures

image30

During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Starting 3/20/20, we will start the following New Check-in Procedures to better serve our patients:

We will be asking all parents to make an appointment as before.

If you have a sick child, when you arrive:

1) Please stay in the car, call the office and let them know you are here.

2) Then, one of our nurses will get you and walk you to the back of the office where you will be triaged and placed in a room.

3) Only one caregiver with each patient, no siblings if possible to decrease unnecessary exposure.

For Well-checks, we are reserving the front of the medical office for this purpose, and check-in procedures will remain the same as before for our well patients.
