New Check-In Procedures
New Check-in Procedures to better serve our patients:
- We will be asking all parents to make an appointment as before.
- Upon arrival, please remain in vehicle, call the office, and staff will then direct you.
If you have a sick child,
One of our nurses will screen you by phone and then determine whether a patient will be evaluated out in vehicle or brought in through back of building and into an exam room.
For Well-checks,
Well patients may enter the front of the building; we are reserving the front of the medical office for well patients.

Dear Families,
We are excited to share with you that Front Porch Pediatrics will join Beacon Health Alliance effective February 1, 2025. As one of the area’s largest, oldest, and highest quality independent primary care groups, Beacon brings us the ability to continue to provide quality pediatric care more securely into the future. Working with like-minded quality physicians as part of a larger group gives our practice additional strength and stability in an everchanging healthcare environment.
Please allow a bit more time to update your patient registration in our new systems with Beacon with your next visit. As physicians with Beacon, we will continue to be “In Network” with nearly all the health plans we are currently in. We will be reaching out to those few we are aware of who’s health plan we will no longer be participating in and will assist where we can in the change.
Most changes will be “behind the scenes” (billing systems, scheduling systems, employee benefits and such). What will not change is our location, our physicians, our staff, and most importantly, our commitment to bring you the highest quality pediatric care available.
